The rehearsal dinner we had at the Vista last Friday night was absolutely above and beyond our expectations!! We visited a few other spots before we looked at your location, and the bride and groom knew immediately that they loved the views and beauty of your establishment. We saw great reviews beforehand, and never did a tasting, just went on faith that the food would be good. It wasn't just good, it was fantastic. People were raving about it for days. The staff was the best, and we were treated so well. Working with you was a pleasure, Janine. Anytime we have any event in the mountains, you can be sure the Vista will be our first and only choice!

I have been trying to be more active about communicating the positive dining experiences I have had, instead of always letting the negative ones stand out. So here goes...

My boyfriend and I were in Beaver Creek overnight last Sunday. We were looking forward to going out for a nice dinner, and your restaurant was recommended by one of the resort employees. I was so impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. My boyfriend and I both have worked in the industry, and have come to appreciate exceptional service and dining. I told him after leaving that it was one of the best meals I have ever had at a restaurant. Given the high quality of food, I thought the prices were very reasonable.

Aside from the food, our server was very knowledgeable, and timed everything perfectly. Each course of our meal came out at just the right time. We never felt rushed, and were able to enjoy both our conversation and food.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for contributing to such an enjoyable evening. I have already raved about your restaurant to a few friends who stay in the area occasionally.

I've been meaning to send you and the Vista staff our sincere thanks for an outstanding evening ever since the night of the rehearsal dinner. It was 13 months ago when Camden and I began planning the rehearsal dinner. I still remember our trip to half a dozen recommended locations in the Beaver Creek area for the rehearsal dinner and to our late afternoon visit to Vista. We knew it was the place for which we had been looking -- the private room, spaciousness, the outdoor deck, the beautifully maintained landscape, the exquisite view, the windows. It was our first choice! Thank you for all of your emails, phone calls, advice, and feedback over the past year to make the evening the smashing success it was. You were a great help and I appreciated working with you.

When we visit Beaver Creek for our anniversaries, we look forward to revisiting Vista.

I have to say the evening was absolutely fabulous. We had a wonderful time and all of our guests loved your restaurant! The food was to die for and of course, how could I forget the tiramisu was wonderful! I saw Michael that evening and complimented him on it. Everyone had a great time and Lee and Ray did great as well as Dave did a great job being sure everyone was fully accommodated for the evening. Everyone was very complimentary of the location and the menu! Thanks again for making that night a wonderful experience for all of us! Bri and I are both looking forward to the winter menu! You can guarantee you will see us in there frequently in the coming months.

We had the great pleasure and dining experience of eating at Vista on Friday, June 16th. It was an incredible experience and for these reasons:

1. The food was delicious beyond are wildest expectations
2. The presentation and creativity was superb
3. Service was excellent, we had Lee (red head) and he couldn't have represented you better. Knowledgeable, caring, professional, and the type of server that you dream of getting in a dinning out situation.
4. Your new menu was great and we appreciated the wide range of selections.

In just one visit to Vista we have become raving fans and will tell everyone they must visit Vista as their highest priority when coming to the Vail area.

We as people who work with business owners for a living could tell from Lee's comments and what we experienced that you both work daily at making customers like us feel your passion for excellence.

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for an unbelievable experience this weekend. The new menu was absolutly incredible and we were dealt with very nicely. Later that night my date and I stopped back by for a drink and met your husband and then went with some of your staff to the local irish pub. Every one was extremly nice and they truly showed us a great time. I just want to thank your entire staff for putting together a great event for us and we will return again.

Once my fiancee and I had to decided to spend a weekend in the the Vail Valley (overnight in Avon), we decided to research possible places to enjoy a nice, quiet meal. Originally we were going to drive to Vail for Saturday night dinner, however upon arrival in Avon we were referred to Vista. Boy are we glad that we took the advice and decided to eat in Avon for the evening. Upon arrival to your restaurant, we were greeted with a warm smile and seated at a quiet table next to your bar and windows (per our request). We were lucky enough to have Darryl (the bartender) as our server and he made the night that much more enjoyable. He gave us our own time and didn't miss a refill on drinks or any other requests we might have had. We enjoyed a nice 2 hour meal with Halibut and Baked Penne. It was delicious!!

The atmosphere of your restaurant is perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy each other and good food. Our visit to your restaurant was definitely the highlight of our weekend. It goes without saying, that you have a couple of new regulars from the Denver area.

Thanks so much for such a wonderful evening and meal for our after wedding meal on Aug. 15th. It was just so DELICIOUS!! We had so many compliments on the service and the great food. The meal and service was by far the best we had while in Colorado. Again, thanks so much. My only regret is that we don't live closer so we could enjoy an evening out at the VISTA!!
