SPECIAL EVENTS

Vista at Arrowhead is located in the Country Club of the Rockies Clubhouse.  
With its casually elegant atmosphere, Vista often plays host to special events from birthday parties to grand, formal weddings.  The intimate dining area has a beautiful bar and lounge featuring a wraparound terrace and commanding views of the mountains, creek, and endless beauty of Colorado.  The different rooms open up to each other for seating up to 200 inside, or may be used separately for smaller parties.

Vista has won several Best Restaurant awards, along with six consecutive “Award of Excellence” from the Wine Spectator.  Vista specializes in Creative Tuscan favorites, delicate desserts, and an extensive wine list.  Vista welcomes parties of all sizes and is the ideal setting for cocktail receptions, gatherings, and group dinners.  Customized menus and service styles are available.

Like most Colorado mountain-resort restaurants, Vista at Arrowhead’s schedule revolves around ski and summer seasons. Vista is open for lunch and dinner in the summer months and dinner only in the winter. The venue is closed in the spring and fall, specifically in April through the beginning of May, as well as October and November. 
WEDDINGS

I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for all you did to make our wedding amazing.  It was a truly perfect night and you, Michael and your staff did an incredible job.  The service was so great--efficient and friendly, and the food was amazing.  I have gotten many compliments on how wonderful the food was.  The venue looked amazing and I appreciate all that you did to work with us organizing a good layout and set up.  All in all, everything surpassed my expectations immensely and I loved the entire night from beginning to end.  I could not have pictured a more wonderful event.

I just wanted to follow up in the wake of our wedding to thank you for such an incredible job putting our reception together.  Everything was perfect.  I wouldn't change a thing about the wedding and have regular dreams about getting to relive the whole weekend all over again. GRILL NIGHT
For groups looking for a more casual event.   It's a great alternative to formal dinners - maybe for corporate groups looking for a relaxed dinner and for rehearsal dinners, before the BIG day.   Chef Michael grills outside on the terrace for groups up to 100 people.  It's casual and fun. There is an outside bar as well.  A sample menu:
PASSED APPS - Black Olive Shortbread w/ Roasted Tomato Parmesan, Mini Crab Cakes, Pork & Veg Pot stickers
BUFFET OF: Tomato Mozzarella Salad, Grilled Vegtable Skewers, Mixed Greens, Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Halibut, Grilled 6 oz Filet
SAUCES: Beef Demi, Lemon Butter Sauce
DESSERT: Frozen Chocolate Baileys Mousse
THE RIGHT SPACE
Vista has several banquet rooms available: the pub, main dining room, club room, Gerald Ford Room, and the entire restaurant.  Prices vary with low season and high season demand.  The price is subject to change due to head count, special needs, and dates.  Vista's Event Rooms can accommodate up to 150 people inside, plus seating for 100 people on the terrace overlooking the greens.  Individually, our Club room seats up to 60, the Ford room seats 20, the Pub seats up to 30, and the main dining room seats 75.  Please see our Seating Chart to review a full layout of the restaurant to help you decide which party room is right for your group!

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job for us on our annual holiday appreciation event.  I have received so much positive feedback about the food, location, and overall atmosphere of Vista.  The food was plentiful, delicious, and best of all, with in my budget.  I hope to host the party at Vista again next year!

Centrally located in between Avon and Edwards, Vista at Arrowhead is the perfect spot for your party needs while visiting the Vail Valley.  During ski season, free transportation is available from Beaver Creek via the Village-To-Village Shuttle, leaving from Centennial Station (The Covered Bridge) direct to Vista at Arrowhead.  Call Village Transportation at 949-1938 for schedule information, or contact your lodge concierge.
